What’s New at MedWise
Referring Practice Portal
MedWise, a leader in imaging innovation, recently installed
a new technology to provide referring providers with faster
access to radiology results and real-time information on the
status of exams.
This new technology enables medical providers to have secure
internet access to the clinical imaging workflow of their
patients at MedWise. Provider offices can confirm that their
patients have been scheduled and know when ordered
procedures are completed. As soon as the radiologist has
generated the report, the patient's provider can access the
report as well as associated images for MRI, CT and
ultrasound exams through a web portal.

patients with this higher level of service. We think it will
give providers a tool to improve their own service within
their practices and with their patients," comments Ted

have trained many medical offices on accessing this
information via the internet, with enthusiastic feedback.
